Endlich melde ich mich wieder zurück nach der Winterpause!
So kann man es nennen! Leider war der Dezember in jeglicher Hinsicht so mühsam und stressig, dass ich nicht zum Kochen gekommen bin. Und ja, ich habe Kekse gebacken! Aber zum Schreiben habe ich es auch nicht geschafft. Und im Nachhinein Weihnachtskekse posten... ich weiß nicht - das kann ja jetzt wirklich keiner mehr sehen!
Aber nur um Gerüchten gleich entgegenzuwirken: Meine Kekse waren hervorragend! Es ist nicht so, dass ich sie nicht poste, weil ich sie versaut hätte :)
Wie auch immer, zum Anlass des 33. Hochzeitstages meiner Eltern am 11.1. habe ich beschlossen, am Sonntag zu kochen. Nach Durchsicht meiner Kochbuch-Sammlung ist allerdings die Kochmotivation immer mehr in den Boden gesunken, also habe ich auf das altbewährte Rezept für Faule zurückgegriffen: Raclette. Dafür habe ich am Samstag ein neues Raclette von Tefal gekauft (meine Sammlung unnützer Haushaltsgeräte wird langsam zu groß für mein Zimmer).
Nachdem ein Raclette "viel fettes Essen" heißt, habe ich auch die Vorspeise zurückfahren können. D.h. statt einer Käsecremesuppe (wie vorher geplant) wurde es eine Frittatensuppe.
Ja, zugegeben, das ist alles äußerst unspannend. Dafür kann ich ja jetzt mit meinem Dessert angeben:
Wintertraum von Schokolade, Vanille und Granatpfel.
Zutaten für das Weingelee:
250ml Wein
4 Blatt Gelatine
Kerne von 3 Granatäpfeln
50g Zucker
Zucker in 200ml Wein auflösen, mit Granatapfelkernen vermischen. Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen und in den restlichen 50ml Wein schmelzen lassen. Schnell in die Granatpfelmischung einrühren. In Trinkgläser füllen (1/4 hoch), kalt stellen bis es gestockt ist.
In der Zwischenzeit:
Zutaten für die Vanillecreme
150g Naturjoghurt
1-2 Vanilleschoten (je nachdem, wie "vanillig" man es mag)
125ml Schlagobers
Zucker nach Wunsch
2 Blatt Gelatine
Joghurt, Zucker und ausgekratztes Mark der Vanilleschoten verrühren. Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen, in ganz wenig Wasser schmelzen und zügig unterrühren. Schlagobers cremig schlagen, unterheben. In die Gläser auf das Gelee streichen und wiederum kalt stocken lassen.
In der Zwischenzeit:
Zutaten für das Mousse au Chocolat:
300ml Schlag
150 g Zartbitter-Schokolade
100g Milchschokolade
2 Eier
Eier schaumig rühren. Schokolade schmelzen und unter die Eier rühren. Schlagobers cremig schlagen und unterheben. Auf die Gläser aufteilen und kalt stellen.
Macht echt was her, mit dem Dessert kann man schwer punkten!
Wer Granatäpfel nicht mag oder sich daran stört, dass die Kerne so hart sind: Ein anderes (säuerliches) Obst nehmen. Mein Tipp: In Scheiben geschnittene Physalis.
(Vorsicht: keine Ananas, da zieht die Gelatine nicht an!)
Und noch ein Tipp zur Dekoration:
Zartbitterschokolade (am besten mit 80%, da wird es fester als bei Milchschokolade) schmelzen und in einen Dressiersack füllen. Von der Spitze nur ganz wenig abschneiden und mit der Schokolade auf Backpapier verschiedene Muster spritzen (am besten mit einem "Stiel"). Im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen, dann die Schoko-Muster in das Dessert stecken.
Macht sich in jedem cremigen Dessert gut!
